Nancy Ajram signs with 'O Music'

After months of ongoing negotiations between Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram and the production company ‘O Music’, which occurred in complete secrecy, an agreement was reached and the company will no exclusively distribute and produce all of Nancy’s albums, songs and music videos.

According to the London based Elaph, the company is owned by Egyptian tycoon Najeeb Sweiris. The company is new in its establishment, but is making great progress by attracting singers to join.

Nancy had received numerous offers from different production companies and decided that the one from ‘O Music’ suited her most. In the past her business manager Jiji Lamara had produced all her works.

On a different note, the long awaited for performance by prominent Lebanese singers Nancy and Assi Hilani, which was planned for months to take place at the beginning of this current month in Abu Dhabi, has been postponed until June 7, 2007.

The sudden change of date is due to urgent conditions in Abu Dhabi that were not specified to the public.

Sources revealed that the reason behind the postponement is most probably due to the sudden death of one of UAE ruling family members.

Organizers of the event, which is sponsored by LG Electronics, announced that anyone who had purchased a ticket for the event may use at the new date set or may contact them for a refund.

Before the announced delay, a press conference was held in Dubai for Nancy and Assi. Nancy talked about her future projects and especially her upcoming album that is dedicated solely for children. She revealed that a music video will be released along with the album and will be aired on most satellite music channels.

Nancy also expressed her honor at participating in the event with Assi stating that she holds great respect for him, revealing that there may be a future cooperation for a duet between them.

استطاع الفنان الكوميدي محمد هنيدي أن يتفق مع المغنية اللبنانية نانسي عجرم على غناء الأغنية الرئيسية لفيلمه السينمائي الجديد "عندليب الدقي" الذى تقرر عرضه في منتصف شهر يوليو المقبل .

وتعد هذه المرة الأولى التى تقوم فيها نانسي بغناء الأغنية الرئيسية لفيلم سينمائي ، هذا وكان هنيدي قد اعد عددا من المفاجآت في فيلمه الجديد منها اشتراك عدد من نجوم الغناء والتمثيل في مصر كضيوف شرف من بينهم مدحت صالح، وحنان ترك، ويسرا، حسبما ذكرت جريدة "الوطن" الكويتية .

ويشاركه في بطولة "عندليب الدقي" الوجه السورى الجديد هبة نور ، والنجم الكويتي داود حسين، والموسيقار حلمي بكر، والفيلم تأليف أيمن بهجت قمر ، ومن إخرج وائل احسان .

تدور أحداث الفيلم في إطار كوميدي غنائي ساخر حول شاب ينتمي لأسرة بسيطة يحلم بدخول الوسط الفني كمطرب ويؤكد لكل من يقابله انه قادر على منافسة كبار مطربي الأغنية العاطفية رغم اتفاق الجميع على افتقاده لهذه المقومات ويسعون لإقناعه بالبحث عن مهنة أخرى، ويجسد حلمي بكر في الفيلم شخصية ناقد فني يقوم بالحكم على صوت محمد هنيدي بأنه غير صالح للغناء نهائياً وينهال عليه بالشتائم .

من ناحية أخرى انتهت نانسي من تصوير أغنيتها الجديدة "حبي الأول والأخير" في باريس ، حيث بلغت تكلفتها 35 ألف دولار.

ويعد "حبي الأول والأخير" أغلى كليب تم تصويره في تاريخ الموسيقي العربية ، ومن المقرر عرضه قريباً على القنوات الفضائية .

Assi also announced that he had given his acceptance to play a leading role in a new Egyptian film alongside Egyptian actress Ghada Abdul Rizik. In the film he will play the role of a singer.

He stated that his acting experience will add tremendously to his career and is optimistic of the outcome of the film.

Mohammad Huneidi waiting for Nancy Ajram’s approval

Egyptian comedian actor Mohammad Huneidi is still waiting for Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram to make a decision regarding presenting the theme song for his upcoming film “Andaleeb Al Dukki”.

Huneidi is almost complete with filming all the scenes for the new movie and had at a previous stage made a shocking revelation that Nancy will be participating in it without specifying any details.

Despite the extensive calls that the producing company ‘Rotana’ of the film is making with Nancy and her agent, Jiji Lamara, the singer has not given her approval or refusal to present the theme song.

It is stated that the film, which is in its final stages of production, will be screened during the summer season.

Syrian actress Hiba Nour will costar alongside Mohammad in the film, which budget has reached 12 million Egyptian pounds so far. Huneidi’s wage alone amounted to five million. The film is a comedy and the story of it revolves around a young man who dreams of becoming a singer.

On a different note, Nancy has just completed filming her latest music video for the song “Shakhbat Shakhabeet”, which is one of the songs from her new album for children. Director Saeed Al Marouq directed the film, marking his second cooperation with the singer.

Nancy plays the role of school teacher.

Nancy Ajram sings in Tunisian dialect

After her significant success singing in the Egyptian and Gulf dialects, Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram has decided to present a new song sung in the Tunisian dialect.

Tunisian composer Adel Bundaka revealed that he has prepared a song especially for Nancy, who had repeatedly expressed her hope at being able to sing in the Tunisian dialect and was just waiting to be provided with an appropriate song.

Adel stated that he had met with Nancy and her business manager, Jiji Lamara, more than once in the past and had promised to write a song to the singer.

Adel said that when he presented the song to Nancy, she was very impressed and convinced with the words, reported the UAE based daily, Al Bayan.

On a different note, Nancy has just completed recording all the songs for her upcoming album “Shater” (Good), which is especially for young children and features seven songs.

Nancy had filmed a music video with director Saed Al Marouq, for the song "Shater". The total budget for the clip reached 200 US dollars and was filmed used state of the art technology.

The song was filmed at one of the public schools in Beirut. The song is written by Munther Bu Assaf and composed by Wisam Bstani.

In the new clip, Nancy appears in a completely new look that is somewhat sophisticated. She is wearing classical eyeglasses and an old fashioned outfit. The song is expected to be translated into English.

Nancy Ajram has just completed a very successful tour around the USA, which had lasted for a period of two weeks. The singer held six concerts coast to coast and was overwhelmed by the number of people who attended, the highest being her performance in Detroit which witnessed over 4000 people.

أرادت نانسي عجرم كليباً جديداً من نوعه، فكرة وأسلوباً وصورة وصوتاً، يجمع أربع أُغنيات في سبع دقائق، فكان لها ما أرادت من خلال المخرج سعيد الماروق الذي وضع ميزانية تعدت ال 300 ألف دولار هي الأضخم حتى الآن في تاريخ الكليبات اللبنانية، وحيث تمكن المخرج الشاب من استغلال أحدث المؤثرات الصوتية والضوئية والمشهدية لتصوير ما وصفه ب “الرائعة الفنية المتكاملة”.

نانسي عجرم بوجهها الطفولي تؤدي دور معلمة أطفال دون السادسة من أعمارهم، خمسون طفلاً أحاطوا بها على مدى يومين استغرقهما تصوير المشاهد، تحمل فيها الأطفال ومعلمتهم وفريق العمل، بدءاً من المخرج الصبور والمبدع الى حامل الكاميرات وفنان الإضاءة كل انواع المشقات لانتاج كليب راقٍ ومهذب يليق بكل أفراد العائلة.

نانسي تحدثت عن أغنيات الكليب مشيرة الى اختيارها أربعة من ألبومها الأخير الذي أهدته للأطفال والأغنيات هي “شخبط شخابيط” “شاطر شاطر”، “عيد ميلاد نونة وكتكوتة”، وأغنية “السلام” التي تم تصويرها منفردة وتبناها تلفزيون الشرق الأوسط هدية منه لليونيسيف بعيد السلام.

وكشفت نانسي انها من خلال هذا الكليب أرادت أن تشارك في بث الفرح للأطفال “وان اضيف الى ارشيفي الغنائي ما يؤكد انني لست فقط فنانة تغني الحب إنما يهمها ايضا ان تزرع الفرح في قلوب الصغار”.

أضافت: اعرف جيداً كم يحبني الأطفال ولا بد أن أُبادلهم هذا الحب من خلال اغنيات فرحة توفر لهم السعادة والفائدة والإرشاد غير المباشر من خلال أفكار متنوعة صورها المخرج سعيد الماروق وسط ديكورات جميلة اشبه ما تكون بفيلم سينمائي قصير. وهي تجربتي الثانية معه، وقد اثبتنا فيها، ان التوجه للأطفال من أصعب الأعمال التي تواجه الفنان في مشواره الفني.

وانتهت نانسي الى نقل تحياتها للأطفال من خلال هذا الكليب، على وعد بأن تكرر التجربة أكثر من مرة، اعتباراً من “أن صغارنا يستحقون كليبات على عدد شهور السنة، لأنهم يحبون ويخلصون ببراءة”

أنهت اللجنة التنظيمية لمهرجان هلا فبراير بدولة الكويت تحديد الأسماء المشاركة في إحياء ليالي المهرجان الغنائية وذلك بعد الكثير من المفاوضات لتستقر علي ستة عشر فناناً وفنانة من دول الخليج وبعض الدول العربية.

ومازالت المفاوضات مستمرة مع الفنان عبد الكريم عبد القادر للمشاركة في إحدي ليالي المهرجان والذي بدأ أخيراً في إبداء موافقته بشرط ألا تكون الأغاني التي سيقدمها أكثر من ثلاث أغانٍ.وحول البث المباشر للحفلات الغنائية اقتربت قناة الوطن الكويتية من الفوز بنقل الحفلات.

فيما ستكون قناة روتانا خليجية موجودة في هذا التجمع وأن تحصل علي حقوق النقل، فيما تقدم قناة المختلف الأمسيات الشعرية، ومن المعتاد أن تكون هناك برامج علي هامش الحفلات لتقوم بمواكبة وصول الفنانين وتحركاتهم.

Nancy's first love worth US$ 350 thousand

Nancy Ajram has just completed filming the music video for the song "Hubi Al Awal Wal Akheer" (My First and Last Love) under the direction of Ramón Pate in Paris.

The budget for the clip reached US$350 thousand making it the most expensive clip in the history of Arabic music, and it is scheduled to be screened on music channels.

Nancy has completed recording her latest album, especially for children, after she realized they comprise a large portion of her fans.

Nancy is also preparing for another album that features seven songs, including one in the Gulf, Egyptian and Lebanese dialects. The album is considered to be Nancy’s special gift to children everywhere.

Nancy has just renewed her contract with the international soft drink company Coca Cola. The singer did not reveal the details of the contract.

Nancy’s schedule was packed for the holidays starting with a concert on New Years Eve in Dubai, alongside Lebanese singers George Al Rassi and Huda Haddad.

رصدت شركات الانتاج الغنائي هذا العام ميزانيات ضخمة لتصوير أغنيات مطربيها التي يتم تجهيزها حاليا والتي وصل عددها إلى أكثر من 200 كليب غنائي.

ورصدت الشركات نحو 170 مليون جنيه مصري (نحو 30 مليون دولار أمريكي) لتصوير الاغاني الجديدة فيما تعد الميزانية الاضخم من نوعها منذ ظهور الفيديو كليب وانتشاره كظاهرة.

وتعد صناعة الفيديو كليب حاليا الصناعة الاهم في عالم الموسيقى والغناء بعد تراجع إنتاج الكاسيت بسبب انتشار القنوات الغنائية الفضائية وظهور عشرات المواقع الالكترونية التي تتيح مشاهدة وتحميل الاغنيات إضافة إلى ابتكار العديد من الاساليب غير المشروعة لسرقة الالبومات الجديدة وطرح نسخ مقلدة منها بالاسواق قبل صدورها رسميا.

وتصدرت القائمة المطربة اللبنانية نانسي عجرم التي صورت كليبها الجديد الذي يحمل عنوان (يا حبي الاول والاخير) مع المخرج ريمون باتيه في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس بميزانية ضخمة تردد أنها قاربت 350 ألف دولار لتأكيد صدارتها لعالم الفيديو كليب الذي غيرت معالمه منذ أول كليباتها (أخاصمك أه).

وجاءت المطربة المصرية روبي في المرتبة الثانية لتتحدى نانسي بميزانية قدرها (240 ألف دولار تقريبا) بالتعاون مع مكتشفها المخرج شريف صبري الذي انتهى من تصوير كليبين لها الاول بعنوان (مشيت ورا إحساسي) والثاني بعنوان (مش هاتقدر).

أما الفنان محمد فؤاد الذي غاب عن الساحة الغنائية لفترة تبدو طويلة فإنه يعود لتصوير أحدث كليباته الغنائية بعنوان (خاب أملي) بميزانية قدرها (130 ألف دولار تقريبا) وقام كعادته بإحاطته بحالة من السرية.

في حين رصد المطرب الشعبي حكيم ميزانية قدرها (125 ألف دولار تقريبا) لاعداد أحدث كليباته (النهار له عيون) والذي يجهزه بشكل جديد لمجاراة الشهرة التي نالها مؤخرا عقب مشاركته في حفل توزيع جائزة نوبل للسلام كأول مطرب عربي ينال هذا الشرف.
وانتهت اللبنانية نوال الزغبي مؤخرا من تصوير أحدث كليباتها بلبنان والذي قامت بغنائه باللهجة الخليجية ويحمل عنوان (عادي) في حين اتفقت المطربة جوانا ملاح مع المخرجة كارولين لبكي على تصوير أحدث كليباتها (قربني ليك).

أما المطرب التونسي صابر الرباعي فقد انتهى مؤخرا من تصوير أحدث كليباته (صدقت خلاص) مع المخرج جميل المغازي وهو ثاني كليب يقوم الرباعي بتصويره من ألبومه الاخير ، وميزانية إنتاج الكليب (100 ألف دولار تقريبا).

بينما قدرت ميزانية كليب (أنا مش زيهم) للمطربة اللبنانية دوللى شاهين بنحو (120 ألف دولار تقريبا) في مقابل 90 ألف دولار لكليب (وحشنى ليه) لمواطنتها مريام فارس وأخرجته ليلى كنعان.

واستعانت المطربة الشابة شذا بالمخرج محمد جمعة ليقوم بإخراج كليبها الجديد (طال الليل) (60 ألف دولار) فيما يعد أقل ميزانية يشهدها موسم كليبات الشتاء بينما اختارت مي سليم المخرج ياسر سامى لاخراج أحدث كليباتها (هو ده) من كلمات وألحان تامر حسنى وقامت بتصويره في بيروت بميزانية 70 ألف دولار.

وتعد (هو ده) الاغنية الثانية التي يقوم تامر حسني بتأليفها ووضع موسيقاها هذا العام بعد أغنية (انته بقى اللى نفسك) للبنانية رزان مغربي والتي قررت ضمها لالبومها الجديد وتم رصد ميزانية قدرها 110 الاف دولار لتصويرها.

تستعد نادين عجرم شقيقة الفنانة اللبنانية نانسي عجرم لاقتحام ميدان التمثيل والدراما عبر المسلسل السوري الجديد الكبرياء المر من إخراج هيثم حقي. ويتناول العمل العلاقات بين المجتمعين السوري واللبناني، وصلة القرابة بينهما وقضايا الزواج.

ويسلط الضوء علي الحياة الجامعية لمجموعة من الطلاب، وأحلامهم الوردية غير المنسجمة مع الواقع مما يسبب مفارقات وتناقضات مختلفة.ويشارك في هذا العمل عدد من الفنانين السوريين أهمهم نورمان أسعد، خالد تاجا، كاريس بشار، وأندريه سكاف.
